successful team building
Description and Objective
This course may run from half
to two days depending on the need. It may cover theory and practical tips for
managers and team leaders and / or be an activity based course focusing on the
team itself. Either way the aim will be to enable your teams to understand the
issues around good teamwork and therefore to function more effectively.
The activities can
be designed to take place inside or outside and are suitable for all people.
