Course Objective: stress is part of living
and working, and we all experience it to greater or lesser degrees. This course
is designed for anyone who would benefit from learning how to identify and
manage stress in the workplace. You will learn how to develop strategies for
dealing with stress, and how to manage pressure in a positive way that will
help you to reach and maintain a high level of performance.
This course is about protecting yourself from the negative
effects of your own stress and defending yourself from being affected by the
stress of others. You will learn to identify the type and level of stress you
are experiencing and leave with tools to help you relax and refresh your mind.
