The workshop will begin by looking at existing means of communication and examine where problems can occur. It will describe how to implement an action planning approach to make improvements and seek new ideas for developing communication. Developing a knowledge of personal and organisational communication with a view to improving understanding of the impact this has on the wider team setting will help to define communication at work.
