Introducing an appraisal system (for practice managers)


Appraisal is about getting better results from individuals, teams, and ultimately the practice, by understanding, guiding, and managing performance within an agreed framework of planned goals, objectives, and standards. This module shows how this can be done by covering the following:

This is available in either half-day or full-day modules. The full day module allows delegates to participate in appraisal interview, including planning, a mock interview, feedback, and reflection.
