stress management for front line staff

Front line staff in education, social work, residential support, health care and many other settings will all benefit from our practical and informative stress management day. We usually present it in a small group workshop format for up to 15 people but can also deliver it in a seminar or conference setting for larger groups. Presented in a light and entertaining way it raises awareness of how and why stress can have a negative impact, how best to reduce it and the steps to take if stress has already taken its toll. We encourage staff to take an active stance in recognising the symptoms and caring for themselves, and suggest ways employers can encourage their people to think proactively about stress management.
