Working closely with in-house Human Resource or Occupational Health teams, we plan and implement a strategy that helps to maintain the right balance between the well-being and performance of the workforce.

Developing courses specifically to meet client needs and objectives is a crucial aspect of any programme's success. To achieve this, the personal development courses are carefully designed and mapped to the Core Dimensions of the National Health Service Knowledge and Skills Framework and all courses will encompass the requirements of the new GMS contracts.

All Programmes are available for Protected Learning Time and agreed with the client so as to meet both organisational, departmental and individual objectives.
